Japanese food

There are many great types of food in Japan.There are 12 main groups: this includes salads and soups. Some common ones are House salad, Green salad, Seaweed salad, Miso Soup, Clear soup. Another main group is appetizers. Some are: Age Tofu, Hiya Yakkko, Ohitashi, Ede Mame, Shrimp Shumai, Gyoza, Yasai Gyoza, Ika Maru-Yaki, Shrimp and Vegetables Tempura, and Beef Negimaki. Sushi is very poulare. Some are Avocado Sushi, Kani Su, Tako Su, Ebi Su, Imperial Sunomono, Sushi, Tuna and Yellowtail Sashmi, and Oshinko.Teriyaki is also a favorite of not only me, but my friends. Some of these are Beef teriyaki, Shrimp teriyaki, Chicken teriyaki, and Beef Negimaki. Sushi is also very good. Some are Sushi, Sashimi, Sushi and Sashimi combo,Sushi, Sashimi, Maki Combo (Love Boat), Su-Sa-Ma combo, Chirashi, California Maki, Vegetable Maki, Spicy Tuna and Spicy Yellowtail Roll, Maki combo, and Spicy Maki combo. Maki and Temaki is really good, because there is so much of this food I can only list a few. Some are Brian Roll, Fuo Maki, Seafood Maki, Soft Shell Crab Tempura Roll, Alaskin Roll and Bostin Roll, California Roll, Green Dragon, Fancy Dragon, Eel and Cucumber Roll, and Salmon Scallion Roll. Tempura entrees are: Shrip and Vegetables Tempura, Shrimp Tempura, Vegetables Tempura, and Chicken or Pork Katsu. Donburi is great. Some are Shrimp and Vegetable Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura Don, Unagi Don, and Chicken Katsu or Pork Katsu Don.
